1 General Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the yeasb platform and its users. These Terms apply to the yeasb website, mobile version, and all related services.

yeasb is an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption technology and operates on a fair play policy. Our primary goal is to ensure the highest level of security and transparency for our users.

• In these Terms, "platform" refers to all digital services provided by yeasb.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or accessing the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Meeting the following eligibility requirements is mandatory to open an account on yeasb. Anyone who fails to meet any condition has no right to create or use an account.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• Personal Use: The account is for your personal use only; betting on behalf of third parties or operating as a professional syndicate is prohibited.
• Password Security: It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud, yeasb reserves the right to verify user identities when required. The verification process is conducted in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.

• A government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport) may be required for submission.
• You may be asked to complete verification before submitting a withdrawal request or at any other time.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• All submitted documents are protected with the utmost confidentiality and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Money transactions on the yeasb platform are fully secure and fast. We support all popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Make sure to provide accurate information at the time of deposit; yeasb is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the verified account holder's own payment method.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5).
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members on yeasb can enjoy a welcome bonus and regular promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonuses and offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Wagering requirement: you must place bets 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
• yeasb reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• yeasb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules & Restrictions

Cricket, football, and other sports betting services are available on the yeasb platform. The following rules apply to all betting activity.

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on the platform caused the issue.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, the corrected odds will apply and yeasb reserves the right to void that bet.
• Match results will be determined in accordance with announcements from the official competition authority.
• In live betting, if a connection is lost, bets on live markets may not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the fairness and security of the yeasb platform.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts in violation of bonus terms.
• Attempting to unauthorisedly modify or hack the software or code of any game or betting system.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Colluding with or engaging in fraudulent arrangements with other users.
• Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards platform staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

yeasb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of any clause of the Terms.
• If there is suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• If there is no regular activity (following a prolonged period of inactivity).
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

yeasb believes that gaming should be an entertaining activity. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• In cases of payment processing delays by third parties.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

yeasb reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the platform and request account closure.
